Included in this 4 Hour session are

Art Materials - Create a beautiful large 50cm x 40cm textured canvas full of flowers.

Sound Bath Meditation - Romy will help you to connect to your higher consciousness. Taking you through a magical meditation using crystal bowls and windchimes that will make your body relaxed and ready for your enchanting day.

Oracle Card reading - Pick an Oracle card to reflect upon. (Over 50 decks to choose from).
